Who is responsible for your data
The controller is SC Innovation Qube SRL, CUI 47506820, EUID ROONRC.J2023000291351, Timișoara, Romania. For any question about your data, write to hello@innoqube.ro.
What data we process
- What you type into the contact form: name, email address, company and phone number (both optional), the topic you select and your message.
- Technical data needed to protect the form from abuse: a one-way hash of your IP address, the time of the request and the browser's origin header. We do not keep your IP address in clear text.
The site does not use analytics, advertising trackers or embedded third-party content, and sets no cookies.
Why we process it and on what legal basis
- To answer your request and, where relevant, prepare an offer: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), together with your consent given in the form (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- To keep the form secure and stop spam: our legitimate interest in protecting the site (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who receives it
Messages are delivered by email to the InnoQube team. Our web hosting provider and our email provider process the data on our behalf, under data processing terms. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
How long we keep it
- Contact messages: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless they lead to a contract, in which case the contract's retention rules apply.
- Anti-abuse records (hashed IP and timestamps): 24 hours.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing or withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing done before. Write to hello@innoqube.ro; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP, at dataprotection.ro.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
